I first tried Imperial American Wagyu from Ryan's company a few months ago. I was astounded to find that it requires no seasoning whatsoever and has an incredibly rich flavor on its own. The quality of the meat was far better than anything else I have ever purchased and I will absolutely be ordering from him on a regular basis as long as I live in California!

I bought some for a family event and the whole family was extremely pleased. My dad is typically a beef snob and even he was impressed. The meat was tender and I am eager to try some additional cuts. Duffy's Meat makes any meal instantly better.
